I have been active now for some time on Faithfreedom International Org. and as more and more people started asking me advice for their problems related to daily life in islam, it seemed a good idea to make those questions and advices public and dedicate a special service to it, as many others might have the same concerns and might also be looking for answers.

Now, about myself. I am a woman mature enough to be anybody's aunt and as a matter of fact, from my childhood on, people are coming to me easily with their problems. Maybe I do have a special "aura" or other characteristics that make them have confidence in me to share their problems. It has to be said that I never betrayed that confidence and that my lips have always been sealed. Also I feel empathy with all human beings, maybe this can be sensed by those in distress...

We get to the chapter "Islam". I had my journey within Islam for about 27 years. Raised in a moderate catholic family, without really practicing, I came to Islam by my husband, a Muslim.I settled in his arab country, learned the local dialect and afterwards studied standard Arabic. I do consider his homeland as mine too and love the people and the culture. I can say that I became a real "world-citizen" and that broadened my views on life and humans in general.

If you are experiencing problems in your life, if you are looking for advice or answers to some questions, I will listen to you and answer you the best way I can. This is a commitment I make, to be honest and fair, to give advice from my heart and my mind, with all personal experience and the wisdom I begot of that.
I am your aunt and will try to help you with my writings, as a wise member of your family would do.

Read you soon!

Je kan me ook in het Nederlands schrijven en ik zal je dan in diezelfde taal antwoorden.
